(Here’s an entry that came to us recently. Whether they’re telling the truth about being a start-up isn’t the point. We choose to believe them, and give them a shot at getting the word out. During times like these, it’s the least we can do. Ed.)

Norwalk, Connecticut, April 2009 – Earth Talk™, originally a weekly column that has been appearing in E Magazine, has now become a book, a ‘best of’ the column that had been educating the public on environmental issues for more than five years. It’s now available at some of the Barnes & Noble stores.

Is there mercury in my dental fillings? Is cat litter toxic? Where can I find organic beer? Why is it important to “buy locally?” Is there a connection between environmental toxins and breast cancer? Is the world running out of oil?

The answers to these and other questions that have popped into the minds of many of us over the years, provides information and ideas on how one can “green up” their lifestyle, and helps people understand the more complicated, globally-impacting issues that need political solutions.
