Wilmington, Delaware, September 2011— This company will be announcing both itself and the official launch of PrimaSoy at the Natural Products Expo East conference in Baltimore, Maryland later this month. PrimaSoy, is an all-natural, patented process for deactivating the phyto estrogens, phytic acids, oligosaccharides and trypsin inhibitors from soy, giving people the option of enjoying soy products without the associated concerns of eating estrogen while increasing its adaptability in fighting global malnutrition. Soy flour and soy butter made with the PrimaSoy process will be on hand at booth 959 at the Baltimore Convention Center, September 22-24. There are strong reasons for people to reduce the amount of estrogen in the food they eat. Hormonal imbalances caused by too much estrogen are found in half of all women over age 35. Because of this, women can suffer from symptoms of estrogen dominance, including mood changes, weight gain and water retention. Men can also suffer from hormonal imbalance, which can result in weight gain or an inability to build muscle mass. In addition, women who have breast cancer or are breast-cancer survivors are at risk because research has shown that dietary estrogenes (phytoestrogens) promote breast cancer cell growth in animals. “EarthSpring Foods has an ambitious agenda throughout 2011 and into 2012,” said Deb Pace, CEO of EarthSpring Foods, who has suffered from problems of hormonal imbalance herself. “We will follow a two-tiered track of creating estrogen-free soy products for boutique US markets, while licensing the PrimaSoy process to manufacturers, making estrogen-free and nutrient-dense soy available to consumers globally.
