Crunchy Yoghurt Dessert PDF Print E-mail

Ingredients:
   - 4 natural vegan soy yoghurts
   - 12 vegan "napolitanas" (or other) cookies
   - 8 tablespoon vegan corn flakes
   - 4 tablespoon vegan caramel (caramel sauce: simmer 1:1 vegan creamer and brown sugar and a little bit of vanilla until sugar crystals dissolve)
   - 12 cherries

Directions:
Smash cookies until reduced to pieces.  Spread cookies into 4 bowls or dessert cups. Pour 1 yoghurt into each cup, the the corn flakes, put 3 cherries and spill carefully 1 tablespoon of caramel.  Serve cold.
